How does it work?
Description & Features
Send us a written description including dimensions and 3-4 inspiration images that are similar in spirit and form to what you have in mind.
Budget
If you know your budget please let us know. Budget will dictate what materials, details, and features can be considered in the design.
Estimate
From here we will provide an estimate on cost based on your budget and design request. We will clarify what materials and design features will be included.
Design
We will sketch a number of designs for you to choose from and then you will choose 1-2 of them (or ask for changes) and we will then make a digital render for review and approval.

Deposit
A deposit is required before any design work is done.

Build Time & Delivery
It typically takes 3-6 weeks for us to build a custom piece of furniture.

For delivery in the Okanagan Valley we will blanket wrap and bring your custom order in to your home or business. Delivery costs between $0-$500 depending on the size of the piece and the distance from our workshop.
You are more than welcome to pick up your piece from our studio.
Shipping to Canada & USA?
We can ship throughout North America - large items are carefully blanket wrapped and secured in a custom crate or triple ply box.

Generally, we can’t compete on price with traditional or online retail. We can make lasting furniture that you’ll be in love with forever.

Knowing your budget is always helpful - sometimes customers want to go all in with something super bespoke and custom which can add up. It can be more economical when just the size, utility and quality are what is most important.

We have transparent pricing so you understand where the final number comes from. Same price for everyone.
